1. Sites that contain 0iframes for Autosearching or ptp links.

2. Any Program that does not comply with Paypal's TOS.

3. Programs that contain Racism, Pornography, Gambling,
Drugs or Tobacco

4. Programs that are behind in payouts and/or are conducting
business in a unethical manner.

5. Programs with Unsustainable Ad Prices, and/or Paid links over 5 cents each.

6. Programs owned by an individual that didn't pay (did a runner) and resurfaced again with a different program name.
